Important guidelines and policies to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all our guests.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM.
- Standard Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification Required
- Guests must present a valid original photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) at the time of check-in.
- PAN Cards are not accepted as valid proof of identity for check-in.
- Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge of one night's stay.
- No-shows will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Visitor Policy
- Visitors are allowed in the lobby area only.
- For security reasons, outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 8:00 PM.
- Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors.
