Please read these terms carefully before booking your stay at Hotel Royal Majestic.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. These terms apply to all reservations made via our website, over the phone, or in person.
2. Payments and Rates
All room rates are subject to applicable local taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated. A 50% advance payment may be required to confirm your booking during peak seasons. We accept Cash, UPI, and major Credit/Debit cards. Final settlement must be made at or before check-out.
3. Guest Conduct & Property Damage
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest acting in a disruptive manner without a refund. Any damage to hotel property, including linens, furniture, and electronics, will be billed directly to the guest's account at full replacement cost.
4. Liability
Hotel Royal Majestic is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property within the premises or in parked vehicles. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure. The hotel's liability in any circumstance is strictly limited to the cost of the booking.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions or the hotel stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam, India.
